All sales at The Onesie Couple are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Replacements will only be issued for confirmed defective or damaged items.
